Some people don’t need full hands-on coaching, and that's okay. This plan provides monthly updated programming cycles every 8 to 12 weeks for the busy who only wants the best exercises to build as much muscle as fast as possible

A more hands-on approach to nutrition. This plan provides a detailed plan, including your preferred meal plan, macros, or intuitive eating education built on your likes and dislikes to optimize your progress

Nutrition Coaching

This plan covers:

  • Customized meal plan

  • Grocery List

  • Kahunas app for progression tracking

  • Q & A access to me

A fusion of both plans with an even more in-depth, hands-on approach for those who want all fitness plans taken care of. This plan provides full workout programming, nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, higher priority in Q & A, and education resources

Full 1:1 Coaching
