Who Am I?

Hi, my name is Talon, and I am the lead trainer for TW Training.

I bring a strong educational foundation with a Bachelors, Masters, and six years of study in Exercise Science. Complemented by hands-on experience in personal training and years of support as a fat loss lab assistant alongside a respected expert in the field at the University of South Florida

The journey led to this resume, which grew from a genuine love for fitness. I seek to absorb and learn as much as I possibly can, and ultimately, it led me to want to share this with anyone who would let me- to change lives, in my opinion, in the most impactful way possible.

Surprisingly, an unexpected roadblock that school or certifications do not prepare you for is working with people. Throw textbooks, science, class notes, and in-the-box thinking at people, and they will give you a raised brow. Rightfully so, people are real, and everyone is unique, so how could I take science that works with averages and apply that to people who are individuals?

The answer is can’t and shouldn’t. Only through true coaching, backed up by education but ultimately run by experience, was I able to find the bridge to results.

With this in mind, I created TW Training. To form a system that fuses curiosity, knowledge, and, most importantly, experience to generate results for people who are tired of generic fitness advice, outdated training programs, and misinformation.
